Rice kheer

Ingredients
1) 2 very small wati rice
2) 3 litres milk
3) Dry fruits of choice
4) Kesar
5) 3 moderate size wati sugar

Method
1) Wash the rice & dry it on the cloth.
2) In a wok, roast the rice on ghee.
3) Boil the milk. Add the rice & again boil the milk (same as basundi).
4) Add 3 moderate size wati sugar.
5) Boil the milk again for some more time.  Add the dryfruits.
Kheer is ready.

Basundi



Ingredients
1) 3 L whole milk
2) 3 wati sugar (1 wati sugar for 1 L)
3) Dry fruits of choice

Method
1) Heat & boil milk on medium flame for 1 hr stirring constantly.
2) Now add sugar & again boil for 1 hr stirring constantly.
3) Add dryfruits & basundi is ready. Keep refrigerated.
