Dabeli

 Ingredients

1) Boiled potatoes

2) Red theeka chutney

3) Imli dates gud chutney

4) Dabeli masala

5) Peanuts 

6) Pomegranate

Method

1) Soak 8 - 10 red chillies in water for 1- 2 hrs. Peeled the garlic (15 - 20)

2) Soak Imli, dates , gud for 2 hrs 

3) Grind the chillies & garlic. Adjust the consistency by adding water. Add salt. Chutney is ready.

4) Grind the Imli, dates and gud. Adjust the sweet taste by adding gud. Chutney is ready. 

5) In a container, add little extra oil. Heat it. Add peanuts, Dabeli masala. ( For quantity, read behind of the pack). Add mashed potatoes, salt, sugar,  aamchur powder, coriander leaves.

6) Butter the pav. Put the chutneys, Sabji, onions, pomegranate. Heat it on tava. Dabeli is ready.
