Ingredients:
1) 3/4 big atta wati ghee
2) 3/4 big atta wati powdered sugar
3) 2 eggs
4) 3 ripen bananas
5) 1 1/2 big atta wati maida
6) 1/2 tsp baking soda
7) 1/2 tsp baking powder
8) 1/2 tsp vanilla esscence
9) A pinch of salt
10) Baking tray
11) Chopped walnuts
Method:
1) In a bowl, take ghee & powdered sugar. Mix it well with a blender.
2) In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the mashed bananas into the above mixture. Now add eggs as well. Blend it well. Preheat the oven at CONVECTION MODE180 degree celsius for 4 mins.
3) Into the another container, take the maida. Into it, add baking soda, baking powder, salt. Mix it.
4) Add the above mixture into the mixture in step 2. Blend it well.
5) Into the above mixture, add vanilla esscence & chopped walnuts. Now mix it in cut & fold method.
6) Put the mixture into the greased baking tray. Bake the cake at 180 degress celsius for 50- 55 mins.
Banana walnut cake is ready. (NOTE: THE CAKE WILL BE A BIT MOIST FROM INSIDE BECAUSE OF BANANA. IT TASTES GOOD).
