Veg taco

 Ingredients

1) Tomato ketchup

2) Readymade tamarind & dates chutney

3) Veg mayo 

4) Chopped mushroom

5) Chopped green capsicum 

6) Grated carrot

7) Chopped onions 

8) Chappatis 

9) Grated paneer 


Method

1) On a hot pan, put little butter/ghee & put chapati on it.

2) On the chapati, spread all the sauces.

3) In a wok, make Indian style sabji from all the veggies. Add red chilli powder for taste.

4) Now, put sabji on the half chapati, put grated paneer. Fold the half chapati & on low gas shallow fry chapati. Make it crunchy.
