Ingredients (for 6 people)
1) 2 big wata urad Dal
2) 1 big wata moong Dal
3) Coriander - chilli chutney
4) Tamarind khajur Jagger chutney
5) Sweet dahi with grated ginger
Method
1) Soak the Dal overnight. Grind it smooth next day by adding ginger, chilli, salt.
2) Swirl the mixture well with hand / hand blender.
3) Immediately start deep frying the wada in the oil on medium flame.
4) Put the fried wada in the water for 20 mins. Squeeze the water & place it in the plate.
5) Add dahi, all chutneys, Chaat masala, jeera powder & enjoy it.
