Ingredients -
1) Approx 500 GM homemade paneer
2) Chopped colour capsicum, onion, basil, tomatoes
3) Grated garlic
4) Ready Pizza base ( making a pizza base at home is tedious & time consuming)
5) Mixed herbs
6) Tomato sauce
7) Butter
8) Grated or sliced cheese
9) Little dahi for marination
Method
1) Mix all the veggies, garlic & paneer in a bowl.
2) Add salt to taste.
3) Now add dahi. Approx 5 - 6 tsp is enough.
4) Mix everything well. Keep it out for 15 - 20 mins. Then you can refrigerate.
5) Put some holes on the base. Apply butter, sauce & veggies.
6) Sprinkle red chilli powder & cheese.
7) Preheat oven at convection 180 degrees for 5 mins.
8) Now place the pizza base & bake it for 10 - 12 mins.
9) Pizza ready.
